Getting started with Vitamin Alerts.

The setup flow turns your current products into a saved routine, schedule, and reminder plan.

1. Create your account

Use your email, password, timezone, and optional mobile number. Choose a strong password you do not reuse elsewhere.

2. Choose goals

Goals help organize onboarding. They do not create medical recommendations.

3. Add products

Select USA Medical products from the catalog or add a custom supplement.

4. Build your schedule

Choose dosage label, reminder time, days of week, and timezone.

5. Estimate supply

Choose bottle size and approximate bottle level so the app can estimate days remaining.

6. Enable reminders

After the schedule is saved, the app asks for notification permission. You can continue even if you do not enable notifications right away.
