What to Include
- The email address on your Vitamin Alerts account.
- Your device type and operating system when reporting a mobile issue.
- The supplement, schedule, alert setting, or notification channel involved.
- Any error message you saw and the approximate time it happened.
Account and Data Requests
You can delete your account directly from the signed-in mobile app. Deletion removes your account, routine, schedules, reminders, registered devices, goals, and daily check-ins. You can also request account deletion at Account Deletion if you cannot access the app. For data export or notification preference help, contact support from the email address on your account.

Availability
