Vitamin Alerts provides scheduling and reminder tools only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent disease, or replace medical advice from a physician, pharmacist, or other qualified professional. Always follow professional medical guidance and product labeling.
Emergency Use
Do not rely on Vitamin Alerts for emergencies or time-critical medical decisions. Call emergency services or contact a qualified professional if you need urgent help.
Notifications
Reminder delivery depends on your device, network, notification settings, third-party providers, and contact information. We work to deliver reminders reliably but cannot guarantee every notification will arrive at a specific time.
Restock Estimates and Reorder Links
Restock prompts are estimates based on the serving counts and schedule details you enter. They may be inaccurate if your actual use changes. Reorder links may open USA Medical or USA Magnesium websites outside the app.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
- Do not use the service to send unwanted messages or notifications.
Changes and Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, USA Medical is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for missed reminders, restock estimate errors, data loss, or service interruptions.
