These Terms apply to Vitamin Alerts, operated by USA Medical. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Use of the Service
You may use Vitamin Alerts to manage user-entered vitamin, medication, and activity routines, schedules, reminders, daily check-ins, and notification preferences for your own account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of information you enter.
No Medical Advice
Vitamin Alerts provides scheduling and reminder tools only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent disease, or replace medical advice from a physician, pharmacist, or other qualified professional. Always follow professional medical guidance and product labeling.
Emergency Use
Do not rely on Vitamin Alerts for emergencies or time-critical medical decisions. Call emergency services or contact a qualified professional if you need urgent help.
Notifications
Reminder delivery depends on your device, network, notification settings, third-party providers, and contact information. We work to deliver reminders reliably but cannot guarantee every notification will arrive at a specific time.
Sunrise and sunset reminders use an optional saved approximate location. When a solar time cannot be calculated, Vitamin Alerts uses the fixed fallback time saved with that reminder.
Supply Notes
Vitamin Alerts may include optional supply or bottle notes over time. Any supply-related information is only an estimate based on details you enter and may be inaccurate if your actual use changes.
Daily Wellness Check-ins
Daily check-ins are optional self-tracking tools. They help you record simple habits and personal observations, but they are not medical measurements and should not be used for diagnosis or treatment.
Rewards
Vitamin Alerts may offer fixed-schedule rewards for logging supplement routines. Points and USA Medical reward value are loyalty benefits, not cash, cannot be sold, cannot be transferred, and cannot be withdrawn. Redemption is subject to the current Rewards Rules, coupon availability, and eligible USA Medical checkout limits.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
- Do not use the service to send unwanted messages or notifications.
Changes and Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, USA Medical is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for missed reminders, inaccurate user-entered routine data, data loss, or service interruptions.
