Accessibility

Vitamin Alerts should work for everyone.

We are improving the website and mobile app for people who use screen readers, larger text, voice control, switch control, keyboard navigation, reduced motion, and other assistive tools.

Get accessibility help

If anything prevents you from using Vitamin Alerts, email support@vitaminalerts.com. Tell us what you were trying to do, the device or browser you use, and the assistive technology involved. We will work with you to provide the information or service another way while we fix the barrier.

Current accessibility work

  • Keyboard-visible focus and skip navigation on the website.
  • Support for larger text and screen-reader labels in the app.
  • Reduced-motion behavior for optional animation.
  • Contrast, touch-target, and error-message testing.
  • Ongoing automated and manual accessibility checks.

Our standard

Our engineering target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and this page does not claim that every screen currently conforms. We prioritize reported barriers and include accessibility checks in the release process.
