This first help center is intentionally simple. It answers the questions app reviewers and early users are most likely to have.

Why did I not get a reminder?

Check that the schedule exists, push notifications are enabled on the device, and the app shows the device as registered.

Why is my restock estimate wrong?

The estimate uses your bottle size, supply level, dose amount, and schedule days. Update those values if your actual use changed.

Can I add non-USA Medical supplements?

Yes. Use the custom supplement option during setup or in your routine.
